Pyrolysis Process Stages

From plastic waste that pollutes the environment to ready-to-use fuel.

1. Plastic Sorting

PE, PP, and PS plastics are separated from dirt and dried for optimal results.

2. Reactor Heating

Plastic is heated in an airtight reactor at 300°C - 500°C until it vaporizes.

3. Condensation

The vaporized gas is cooled rapidly so that it condenses into a liquid.

4. Liquid Fuel

The liquid is refined and filtered to produce ready-to-use liquid fuel (synthetic fuel).
